This Steak Au Poivre sandwich might be hard to say, but it's easy to make when you have the right ingredients! Made from Black Angus Ribeye sourced straight from our local, American farms, the meat makes the dish truly special. Make it and take it for lunch, or sit down with this tasty dish for dinner. 1) Add Butter and Oil to the pan you cooked your steak in
2) Add Shallots, Garlic, and mix the ingredients (cook gently for a minute)
3) Add the Black Pepper
4) Add Brandy and fire :)
5) Add Beef Stock and reduce by half
6) Add Heavy Cream and Salt
7) Mix gently until you get a nice creamy sauce
8) Assemble sandwich and top with sauce
