Welcome to the Good Ranchers kitchen! Today, we're excited to share a recipe that showcases our premium shrimp in a mouthwatering shrimp fettuccine dish. Seasoned with garlic, onion, and paprika, and paired with a rich, creamy sauce, this meal is a guaranteed crowd-pleaser. Easy to prepare and full of flavor, it's perfect for a family dinner or a special occasion. Serve it with a side of steamed broccoli for a well-rounded, delicious meal that celebrates the best of Good Ranchers' quality seafood.

Ingredients:

1 Package of Good Ranchers’ Shrimp

1 tsp Garlic Powder

1 tsp Onion Powder

½ tsp Paprika

Fettuccini (1/3 of a package)

Salt (1/2 tsp to season shrimp and more to season pasta water)

2 tbsp Olive Oil

4 tbsp Butter

2 cloves Garlic, minced

2 cups Heavy Cream

½ tbsp Chicken Bouillon

1 tbsp chopped fresh Parsley, minced

For the Pasta:

Bring a large pot of water to a boil, season generously with salt (at least 1 tbsp) and bring to a boil.  Cook fettuccini according to the package directions to just short of al dente (reserve ¾ cup of the pasta water for sauce).

For the Sauce:

In a saucepan on medium high heat, melt butter, add 2 cloves of minced garlic and cook until fragrant (1-2 minutes).  Add heavy cream to pot and bring to a simmer stirring occasionally for 5 minutes.  Add chicken bouillon and ¾ cup of the pasta water and simmer for another 5 minutes. Add minced parsley to finish the sauce.  Once pasta is cooked and drained, add it to the sauce, stir, and serve topped with shrimp.

For the Shrimp:

In a bowl, toss the shrimp to coat it with a tablespoon of olive oil, salt, garlic powder, onion powder and paprika.  Heat a cast iron skillet on medium high, add 1 tbsp olive oil, and cook the shrimp about two minutes on each side until shrimp is pink and cooked through.

This pasta is out of this world!  This recipe serves 4 people or one person who eats 4 helpings because they just can’t stop (it’s just that good!).  I recommend serving with a side of steamed broccoli!
