Crispy Fish Sticks with Homemade Tartar Sauce

Get Ready for a tasty voyage with Fish Sticks & Tartar Sauce! We're serving up tender Good Ranchers Cod Fillets coated in crunchy Panko breadcrumbs, complemented by a zesty homemade tartar sauce. This dish is sure to make a splash on your taste buds!

 

Fish Sticks & Tartar Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 2 Good Ranchers Cod Fillets
  • 1 cup Panko bread crumbs
  • 1 cup Flour
  • 2 Eggs, beaten
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Pepper

Instructions:

  1. Cut the cod fillets into strips and pat them dry with a paper towel.
  2. Prepare three shallow dishes: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with a mixture of Panko breadcrumbs, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Roll each cod strip in the flour, then dip it in the beaten eggs, and finally coat it with the breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Place the coated fish sticks on a tray or plate.
  5. Spray the air fryer basket with non-stick spray.
  6. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  7. Arrange the fish sticks in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure they don't touch.
  8. Cook the fish sticks in the air fryer at 400°F for 10-12 minutes, flipping them halfway through the cooking time, or until they are golden brown and crispy.

 

Tartar Sauce:

  • 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Dill Relish
  • 1 tbsp Ketchup
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Mix mayonnaise, dill relish, and ketchup together in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
