Fish Sticks & Tartar Sauce
Ingredients:
- 2 Good Ranchers Cod Fillets
- 1 cup Panko bread crumbs
- 1 cup Flour
- 2 Eggs, beaten
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Onion Powder
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Pepper
Instructions:
- Cut the cod fillets into strips and pat them dry with a paper towel.
- Prepare three shallow dishes: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with a mixture of Panko breadcrumbs, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Roll each cod strip in the flour, then dip it in the beaten eggs, and finally coat it with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place the coated fish sticks on a tray or plate.
- Spray the air fryer basket with non-stick spray.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
