Ingredients:
- 2 Good Ranchers Wagyu Beef Patties (4 oz each)
- 4 Slices New School American Cheese
- 2 King's Hawaiian ® Original Slider Buns
- 4 Strips Thick-Cut Good Ranchers Applewood Smoked Bacon
- ¼ Cup Caramelized Onions
- 2 Sliced Hamburger Pickles
- Good Ranchers Burger Sauce
GR Burger Sauce:
- 1 Cup of Duke’s Mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp of American Yellow Mustard
- 1 Tbsp of Diced Garlic Dill Pickles
- 1 Tbsp of Pickle Juice
- ½ Tsp of Sherry Vinegar
- ½ Tsp of Smoked Paprika
- ½ Tsp of Granulated Garlic
- ½ Tsp of Onion Powder
- ½ Tsp of Chopped Calabrian Chiles
- 1⁄2 Tsp of Salt
- 1⁄4 Tsp of Black Pepper
Cooking Instructions:
Cook the Bacon:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the bacon strips on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the bacon is crispy. Drain excess grease on paper towels and set aside.
Cook the Patties:
- Heat a skillet or grill over medium-high heat.
- Season the Wagyu burger patties with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Cook the patties on each side until they’re about medium.
- In the last minute of cooking, place the New School American Cheese on the patties and allow it to melt.
Toast the Buns:
- While the patties are cooking, lightly toast the burger buns on a skillet or grill until golden brown.
Assemble the Burgers:
- Garnish your burgers with Good Ranchers burger sauce, pickles, caramelized onions, and bacon.
Serve:
- Serve the Wagyu Burgers with your favorite sides, such as fries or salad. Then enjoy!
