"Oh Honey!" Glazed Salmon

This dish is a culinary masterpiece that will make anyone's taste buds sing! It'll have you saying "Oh Honey, that's good".

 

Ingredients:

 

- 1 fresh salmon filet from @goodranchers

- 1 tablespoon of preferred seasoning (We used a red seasoning mix with Salt, White Sugar, Black Pepper, Dehydrated Garlic, Paprika, Dehydrated Onion, and Chili Powder)

- 1/2 stick of butter

- 4 tablespoons of honey

- 2 to 3 cloves of chopped garlic

- Juice of half a lemon

- Lemon wedges for serving


Directions:

1. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat and add butter

2. Add Garlic, Lemon Juice, and Honey

3. Once the oil is hot, place the salmon filet in the pan skin side down. Use a spatula to press down gently on the top of the salmon filet to ensure that the skin makes good contact with the pan.

4. Cook the salmon for about 4-5 minutes on the skin side until it turns crispy and golden brown.

5. Flip the salmon over using a spatula and cook the other side for an additional 2-3 minutes until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

6. Remove the salmon from the pan and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.

7. Serve the salmon with your favorite side dishes and enjoy!
