Ingredients:
- 2 Cups AP Flour
- 1 ½ tsp Baking Powder
- 1 ½ tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
- ¾ tsp Kosher Salt
- ¼ tsp Baking Soda
- ½ Cup Unsalted Butter (Melted)
- 1 Cup Light Brown Sugar Packed
- 2 Large Eggs
- 1 Cup Canned Pumpkin Puree
- 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Spray donut pan with nonstick spray.
- Combine flour, baking powder, pumpkin pie spice, salt, and baking soda in a medium bowl.
- In a large bowl, beat butter and sugar with an electric mixer on medium for 1-2 minutes.
- Beat in eggs, pumpkin, and vanilla until well combined.
- Gradually add flour mixture until incorporated.
- Pour the dough into the donut pan and bake at 400°F for 10-12 minutes.
Maple Glaze:
- ¾ Cup Maple Syrup
- 1 ½ tbsp Unsalted Butter
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- ¼ tsp Kosher Salt
- ¼ Cup Confectioners’ Sugar
- Two Cooked Slices Good Ranchers Bacon finely chopped
For the glaze, heat maple syrup in a small saucepan over medium heat for about 5 minutes until reduced by half. Whisk in butter, vanilla, and salt until melted. Take pan off the heat and add confectioners’ sugar and whisk until smooth.

When the donuts are cool enough to handle, take them out of the pan, dip in glaze, garnish with chopped Good Ranchers Bacon and enjoy!
