What you'll need:
One package of Good Ranchers’ Mild Italian Pork Sausage cut into bite sized pieces
8 oz Orecchiette pasta
1 Shallot diced
4 Garlic cloves minced
½ tsp Dijon Mustard
½ cup Dry White Wine
3 cups fresh Baby Spinach
½ cup Heavy Cream
Salt & Pepper to taste
¼ cup grated Parmesan Cheese
Instructions:
Boil a large, salted pot of water and cook the orecchiette pasta to al dente according to package directions. In a large skillet over medium heat, begin to brown the sausage pieces. Add the minced shallot and cook for 8-10 minutes or until the sausage is nicely browned and the shallots are soft. Stir in the minced garlic, Dijon mustard, and the white wine into the sausage mixture. Let the sauce cook for about two minutes and then add the spinach and toss in the sauce until wilted. Finally, add the heavy cream and the pasta to the skillet. Toss to combine, season to taste with salt and pepper, and top with grated parmesan cheese.
