EXTREMELY JUICY CHIMICHURRI PORK CHOP

Our brand new Prime Pork Chops are something special. People have always viewed pork chops with a hint of skepticism, often considering them as the drier and less exciting counterparts of steaks. Good Ranchers Pork Chop Recipe:

1) Set the sous vide immersion circulator to 140°F (60°C) for medium-rare doneness.

2) Season the pork chops: Sprinkle salt and pepper or your favorite pork seasoning

3) Sous vide cooking: Place seasoned pork chops in a sealed bag and submerge them in the preheated water bath. Cook for 1 to 2 hours.

4) Finish and serve: After the sous vide cooking, remove the pork chops from the bag and pat them dry. Sear quickly on a hot skillet or grill for 1-2 minutes per side for added texture. Let them rest for a few minutes and make your Chimichurri sauce.

Chimichurri Recipe:

- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1/2 cup finely chopped parsley
- 3-4 cloves garlic, finely chopped or minced
- 2 small red chilies, or 1 red chili, deseeded and finely chopped (about 1 tablespoon finely chopped chili)
- 3/4 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 level teaspoon coarse salt
- Pepper, to taste (about 1/2 teaspoon)
