Ingredients
- 1 lb Good Ranchers’ Ground Beef
- 1 small Onion, chopped
- 2 tbsp Tomato Paste
- ½ tsp Garlic Powder
- ½ tsp Chili Powder
- 1 lb box Elbow Macaroni
- 3 cups Beef Broth
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 cup Water
- 2 cups Cheddar Cheese, grated
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium-high heat, stirring often to break the beef into small pieces, about 7-10 minutes.
- About three minutes into browning the beef, add the diced onions and cook until meat is browned and onions are soft. Drain off any excess fat.
- Turn the heat up to high and stir in the tomato paste, garlic powder, and chili powder.
- Add the beef broth, milk, and water; then add the macaroni. Stir to combine.
- Once the mixture is boiling, turn the heat to medium so it’s at a rapid simmer and cook until the pasta is tender and most of the liquid has been absorbed, about 13-15 minutes. Stir often to keep the macaroni from sticking.
- Once the pasta is tender, take the pot off the heat and stir in the cheese. Finish by seasoning with salt and pepper. Allow it to sit for 3-5 minutes before serving.
