Ingredients:
- ½ cup Italian Breadcrumbs
- 2/3 cup Milk
- 1 lb. Good Ranchers’ Ground Beef
- ¼ a medium White Onion grated
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 Egg beaten
- 1 tsp Salt
- ½ tsp Black Pepper
- ½ cup Parmesan Cheese grated
- 1 tbsp fresh Parsley
- Marinara Sauce (we suggest Rao’s)
Instructions:
1.Preheat oven to 400°. In a large mixing bowl, combine the Italian breadcrumbs and milk and set aside for 5 minutes.
2. Add the ground beef, onion, garlic, egg, salt, pepper, parmesan cheese and parsley to the breadcrumb mixture and mix with your hands until combined. Be careful not to overmix.
3. Wet your hands with water and roll the meatballs into 2 inch balls.
4. Bake on a parchment lined baking sheet for 18-20 minutes or until the meatballs have reached an internal temperature of 165°.
5. Serve them in a baking dish with your favorite marinara sauce topped with ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese.
