Yield: 2 flatbreads
Ingredients:
- 2 Naan flatbreads
- ¼ cup pesto
- 1 ½ cups shredded white cheddar cheese
- ¼ cup caramelized onions
- ½ cup grilled chicken
- 4 slices Good Ranchers Bacon
- ½ honeycrisp apple, thinly sliced
- 1 cup arugula
- Hot honey for drizzling
Instructions:
1. Cook the Bacon: Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Arrange bacon slices in a single layer on the prepared sheet. Bake for 18–20 minutes, or until crispy. Transfer bacon to a paper towel–lined plate to drain excess grease. Once cool enough to handle, chop into bite-sized pieces.
2. Assemble the Flatbreads: Place naan flatbreads on a clean baking sheet. Spread the pesto evenly over each naan, leaving a small border around the edges. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese evenly on top. Add caramelized onions, chopped bacon, and grilled chicken.
3. Bake the Flatbreads: Bake at 400°F for about 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
4. Add Fresh Toppings: Remove from the oven and immediately top with thinly sliced apples and arugula. Drizzle with hot honey to finish.
