Ingredients:
- 12 Hawaiian rolls
- 12oz leftover Good Ranchers ham, thinly sliced
- 1 small Honeycrisp apple, thinly sliced
- 6oz Brie cheese, sliced
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon fresh thyme
Instructions:
1. Prep the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking dish or sheet pan with parchment paper.
2. Prep the rolls: Slice the rolls in half horizontally, keeping the tops and bottoms attached. Place the bottom layer into the prepared dish.
3. Make the sauce: Stir together the Dijon and honey, then spread over the bottom layer of rolls.
4. Assemble: Layer on the ham, apple slices, and Brie. Add the top layer of rolls.
5. Butter topping: Brush the tops with the melted butter and sprinkle with thyme.
6. Bake: Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for 5 more minutes, until the tops are lightly golden and the cheese is melty.
