One Pot Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients:

- 1 lb Good Ranchers Ground Beef

- 1 small white Onion, diced

- 8 oz Mushrooms, sliced thin

- 3 cloves Garlic, Minced

- 4 tbsp Butter

- ¼ cup Flour

- 4 cups Beef Broth

- 2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce

- 1 bag (8oz) Egg Noodles

- 4 oz Cream Cheese 

- ½ cup Sour Cream

- Salt and Pepper

- Parsley, chopped

 

 

Instructions:

 

1. In a large skillet on high heat, brown the ground beef until it’s cooked with no pink visible.  Add salt and pepper to taste while cooking the ground beef.

 

2. Drain the beef and place in a bowl to the side. 

 

3. Lower the heat of the skillet to medium low and add the diced onion, minced garlic, and thinly sliced mushrooms. 

 

4. Cook until the onions are translucent and the mushrooms are tender.

 

5. Pour this mixture into the bowl with the ground beef and set aside to be added later.

 

6. Bring the skillet to medium heat and add the butter until melted; then slowly add the flour while whisking to create a roux.

 

7. Add the beef broth and Worcestershire sauce while stirring to combined. Bring to a boil and add the egg noodles. Cook the noodles to al dente.

 

8. Once fully cooked add cream cheese and sour cream. Stir until melted and thoroughly combined. Add in the beef, mushrooms, onions and garlic. Season with salt and pepper to taste and garnish with chopped parsley.
