- Click on “Have an existing account? Click here to update your password and log in.” on the login page.
- Enter your email address. You’ll receive a confirmation email with a unique link to reset your password.
- You’ll then be prompted to check your email. Give the email a few minutes to come through, and be sure to check all your inboxes. If you still did not receive the email, click “Resend Email.”
- Use the link provided in the confirmation email to reset your password and choose a new one.
- Enter your new password twice. They need to match, and your password must meet the following requirements:
- At least 8 characters
- At least 3 of the following:
- Lower case letters (a-z)
- Upper case letters (A-Z)
- Numbers (0-9)
- Special characters (e.g. !@#$%^&*)
- You’ve now updated your password!
- Now, log into your account using your new password!
