Once you’re in, your box of 100% American meat ships automatically on the schedule you choose. You can check upcoming deliveries anytime in your account and make changes before your order processes. And don’t worry, we’ll always send a reminder ahead of time so nothing catches you off guard.
Can I skip or pause anytime?
Yes. You can skip a delivery, delay your next order, or cancel your subscription anytime before your order processes. We’ll always notify you before your next order goes through.
When do perks apply?
Perks apply as long as your plan is active. If you have ongoing benefits (like $25 off every order, free shipping, and free meat for life), they’re automatically applied to each eligible order.
What happens if I cancel?
If you ever choose to cancel, your access to exclusive pricing and member perks will end after your final order processes. Rest assured, there are no penalties or hidden steps for cancelling. But if the time ever feels right to return, we’ll be here, ready to welcome you back with a seat saved at our table.
How is the meat packaged and shipped?
Every box is packed with dry ice and insulation to keep your order frozen during transit. That’s why over 99% of orders arrive in perfect condition — and if anything isn’t right, we’ll make it right.
Offer valid for new members on qualifying subscription purchases only. One-time purchases do not qualify for offer. Qualifying purchase is a subscription box valued at $129 or higher - Burger Box excluded. Promotional discount includes $40 off the first order and $30 off each of the following two orders. “$100 off your first 3 orders” reflects total savings across three qualifying subscription shipments.
