4 Easy Steak Marinade Recipes

By Good Ranchers April 16, 2020

There are usually two groups of people when it comes to steak marinades. Some people think a good steak doesn’t need a steak marinade and others can’t eat a steak without one.

If you got a Good Ranchers steak, we know you already have quality meat and it doesn’t need a marinade, but for those who prefer one, here are some of our favorite and easy-to-make steak marinade recipes and ideas. For all recipes, use however much marinade you prefer, but the common rule of thumb is ½ cup of marinade per 1 lb of steak.

1. Quick and Easy Steak Marinade Recipe:

Ingredients:

Good Ranchers Steak

1/3 cup balsamic vinegar

1/3 cup soy sauce

1/4 cup oil

2-3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

2 teaspoons Dijon mustard

1 tablespoon honey

1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning

1 teaspoon garlic powder

salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Whisk together all the ingredients in a bowl and transfer steaks and marinade to a Ziploc bag, tossing the steaks to fully coat them. Squeeze the bag to allow all excess air out of the bag and seal it. Refrigerate for 15-20 minutes (or longer if you prefer to prep your steaks in the morning).

Grill steaks to desired temperature and let cool before cutting.

2. Fajita Steak Marinade Recipe:
