  1. Contains more healthy fats. Grass-fed beef can provide up to six times more of the healthy fats (grass-fed beef contains about 50% more omega-3 fatty acids than standard beef), and is also higher in antioxidants, which can help reduce inflammation, as well as other key nutrients that are good for overall health.
  2. Fewer calories. Grass-fed beef is lower in total calories, but has more nutritional value (see #1), so it’s a win-win!
