Get ready to tantalize your taste buds with these mouthwatering Parsley Garlic Butter Steak Bites! This recipe takes juicy bites of our flat iron steaks and coats them in a flavorful herb and garlic seasoning. Simply sear them to perfection in a sizzling hot cast iron skillet. But the magic happens when we add the fresh garlic and basil butter sauce that takes these steak bites to a whole new level of flavor. Watch the recipe video on our instagram here.

- 1.5–2 lbs of @goodranchers flat iron steak

- 2 pounds potatoes

- 6 cloves garlic, minced

- 1/4 cup basil, freshly chopped (do not use dried)

- 1 stick (1/2 cup) butter

- 1 tbsp olive oil

- 2 tsp salt

- 2 tsp paprika

- 1 tsp garlic powder

- 1 tsp onion powder

- 1 tsp black pepper

- 1/2 tsp coriander

- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes

- 1/4 tsp cinnamon

1. Slice your steak into cubes and place into a medium bowl, drizzle with olive oil and toss to coat.

2. Stir seasonings above together in a small bowl. Pour over top steak and massage until fully coated.

3. Heat a cast iron skillet to medium high heat. Add in steak tips and spread into a single layer. Sear steak tips—should take about 6 minutes total.

4. Lower heat to medium. Add butter to your pan. Once melted add in your garlic and basil. Stir it together and then mix your steak tips with the butter. Let everything cook together for another minute or two. Remove from heat and let sit for a few minutes.

5. Serve atop some mashed potatoes. Enjoy with family and friends, or eat them all yourself!
