Here Are Some Tips On Preparing The Perfect Tenderloin Tips:

Using a cast iron pan is one of the easiest and best ways to make tenderloin tips. It’s as simple as seasoning your tenderloin tips with your favorite steak seasoning (salt and pepper, garlic and butter, or Montreal steak seasoning), then placing the cast iron skillet on medium to high heat. Add one tablespoon of oil (canola oil works best) and your Good Ranchers tenderloin tips, and cook for about 5-7 minutes total, pending temperature preference. You can also add your favorite vegetables to the pan, and within a few minutes you’ll have one of the easiest and tastiest meals of anyone in your neighborhood.

If you’re cooking your tenderloin tips in the pan, one easy way to know it’s time to turn the steak over is when it releases easily from the bottom of the pan without sticking.

– Start with your favorite steak marinade recipe, and let the tips set in the marinade for about an hour.

– Heat a cast iron skillet over medium to high heat.

– Remove steaks from marinade and add to heated skillet.

– Let each side cook/sear for about 2-3 minutes.

– Remove from heat and let rest for 5-10 minutes to let the juices continue to cook through the meat.

Tenderloin Tips With Mushroom and Gravy Recipe

3lbs Good Ranchers tenderloin tips

tbsp oil

1 package brown gravy mix

1 package onion gravy mix

1 package mushroom gravy mix

1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

3 cups water

Heat a large pot or skillet over medium to high heat. Brown tenderloin tips just slightly, then drain. Add tenderloin back to skillet, then add water, Worcestershire sauce and all 3 gravy mixes. Bring to a boil, while continually stirring. Reduce heat and simmer over low to medium heat until meat is tender, continuing to stir. Serve over rice and/or with veggies.
