Ingredients
- 8 Hard Boiled Eggs
- ¼ cup Mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Mustard
- 2 tsp Dill Pickle Relish plus 1 tsp of pickle juice
- 2 tsp Good Ranchers’ Bacon Jam
- Optional Garnishes: Paprika and Bacon bits
Instructions
- Peel hard boiled eggs, cut eggs in half lengthwise, remove yolks, and transfer to a bowl.
- Mash yolks with a fork and then mash in the mayonnaise, mustard, dill relish, pickle juice, and bacon jam. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Spoon filling into egg halves. Alternatively, put filling into a zip-top bag, cut a hole in the bottom corner, and pipe the filling into the egg halves.
- Optional: Garnish with paprika or bacon bits.
