Bacon Jam Deviled Eggs offer a delightful twist on a classic appetizer, combining the richness of bacon jam with the creamy texture of deviled eggs. The tang of dill pickle relish and mustard perfectly complements the sweetness of the bacon jam, creating a harmonious balance of flavors. Topped with optional garnishes of paprika and bacon bits, these eggs are not only flavorful but also visually appealing, making them a perfect addition to any gathering or special occasion.

Ingredients

  • 8 Hard Boiled Eggs
  • ¼ cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Mustard
  • 2 tsp Dill Pickle Relish plus 1 tsp of pickle juice
  • 2 tsp Good Ranchers’ Bacon Jam
  • Optional Garnishes: Paprika and Bacon bits

Instructions

  1. Peel hard boiled eggs, cut eggs in half lengthwise, remove yolks, and transfer to a bowl.
  2. Mash yolks with a fork and then mash in the mayonnaise, mustard, dill relish, pickle juice, and bacon jam. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  3. Spoon filling into egg halves. Alternatively, put filling into a zip-top bag, cut a hole in the bottom corner, and pipe the filling into the egg halves.
  4. Optional: Garnish with paprika or bacon bits.
