
Cheeseburger Sliders

Welcome to the Good Ranchers' kitchen! Today, we're bringing you a crowd-pleasing favorite: Cheeseburger Sliders. Made with our high-quality ground beef, these sliders are loaded with savory flavors, melted cheddar cheese, and nestled in soft Hawaiian rolls. Perfect for game days, parties, or a fun family dinner, these sliders are easy to make and sure to be a hit.
Ingredients:
2 lbs Good Ranchers Ground Beef
½ tbsp Olive Oil
1 tsp each Salt and Pepper
1 tsp Garlic Powder
½ a large yellow Onion, diced
¼ cup mayonnaise
8 slices deli Cheddar Cheese
6 oz shredded Cheddar Cheese
24 Hawaiian Rolls
2 tbsp Butter, melted
1 tbsp Sesame Seeds
Pre-heat oven to 350°. Spread parchment paper on a rimmed baking sheet.
Place a large skillet over medium high heat and add the olive oil. Saute the diced onion in the oil for two minutes before adding the ground beef. Break up the ground beef with a spatula as it browns. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Continue to cook, breaking up the beef until it’s cooked through (about ten minutes) then remove from the heat.
Tilt the skillet and drain the excess fat off. Stir the mayonnaise into the beef mixture.
Cut the entire set of 24 Hawaiian Rolls in half. Place the bottom half of the dinner rolls on the parchment paper lined baking sheet and cover with the deli cheddar cheese slices. Spread the ground beef mixture evenly over the deli sliced cheese. Cover the ground beef with shredded cheddar cheese and then place the top buns, cut side down, on top. Brush the top of the buns with melted butter and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake at 350° for 12-15 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Bonus: Big Rancher Sauce
½ cup Mayonnaise
2 Tbsp Ketchup
1 tsp Yellow Mustard
1 tbsp Dill Relish
1 tsp White Vinegar
½ tsp Paprika
1/8 tsp Kosher Salt
