Wake up to this indulgent and savory croissant breakfast bake, perfect for weekend brunches or holiday mornings. With layers of buttery croissants, Swiss cheese, and flavorful ham, this dish is a crowd-pleaser that’s easy to prepare.

Ingredients

6 large croissants (cut into 4-5 pieces each)

Nonstick cooking spray

8 large eggs

1 cup heavy cream

1 tsp ground mustard

1 tsp garlic salt

1 tsp black pepper

1 tsp onion powder

1 cup shredded Swiss cheese (plus extra for topping)

Leftover Good Ranchers spiral-cut ham

Everything bagel seasoning (optional)

Chopped chives (optional)

 

Instructions:

1. Prep the Croissants

Preheat your oven to 350°F.

Spray a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray.

Arrange the croissant pieces in the dish and bake for 10 minutes until lightly toasted.

 

2. Make the Egg Mixture

In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, ground mustard, garlic salt, black pepper, and onion powder.

Stir in 1 cup of shredded Swiss cheese.

 

3. Assemble the Bake

Nestle pieces of ham between the toasted croissants in the baking dish.

Pour the egg and cheese mixture evenly over the croissants and ham.

Sprinkle the top with extra shredded Swiss cheese, everything bagel seasoning, and chopped chives, if desired.

 

4. Bake

Bake at 350°F for 35 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the top is golden brown.

 

5. Serve

Let the dish cool slightly before serving. Slice into portions and enjoy!
