
Jalapeno Popper Chicken

Ingredients:
- 1 oz Cream Cheese
- 1 Jalapeno Pepper (seeded and diced)
- 2 oz Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1 oz Crispy Fried Onion
- 2 Good Rancher’s skinless chicken breasts
Instructions:
- Pat the chicken dry and season both sides with salt and pepper.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
- Brown chicken on each side for 5-7 minutes (internal temperature should be 165°).
- While the chicken is cooking, combine the cream cheese, shredded cheese, and diced jalapeno in a bowl.
- After the chicken is browned on both sides, top each breast evenly with the jalapeno and cheese mixture.
- Cover the pan to allow the topping to melt (1-2 minutes).
- Remove the skillet from the burner and top the chicken with crispy onions, pressing them into the cheese topping to secure.
