Ingredients

For the Wings:

2 lbs chicken wings

Oil (for frying)

For the Buffalo Sauce:

1 cup hot sauce

1 stick unsalted butter

For Garnish:

Chopped chives


Instructions

Step 1: Prep the Chicken Wings

Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels. For the crispiest results, let them sit uncovered in the fridge overnight to dry out further.


Step 2: Heat the Oil

In a deep fryer or large pot, heat oil to 375°F (190°C).


Step 3: Fry the Wings
