From a tangy buttermilk ranch to a zesty honey mustard, and a spicy buffalo sauce that’ll make your taste buds tingle, these easy-to-make recipes are all you need for sauce perfection. Buttermilk Ranch
Ingredients:
Buttermilk 1/2 cup
Greek yogurt 1/2 cup
Salt ¼ tsp
Pepper ¼ tsp
Dried chives ½ tsp
Dried parsley ½ tsp
Dried or fresh dill ½ tsp (if using fresh dill, you can use 1 tsp)
Onion powder ¼ tsp
Garlic powder ¼ tsp
Add all ingredients into a bowl and mix well!
Let sit preferably overnight for the best flavor. But you can make one hour in advance.
Honey Mustard
Ingredients
¼ cup plain Greek yogurt
3 tbsp yellow mustard
1½ tbsp honey (adjust to taste)
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar or lemon juice
Pinch of salt
Pinch of pepper
Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix well!
Buffalo Sauce
Ingredients:
½ cup unsalted butter
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjust for spice preference)
1 teaspoon garlic powder
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon tomato paste
½ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon honey
In a pan over medium heat, allow the butter to melt completely.
Once the butter is melted, stir in the honey and tomato paste until fully combined.
Mix in your seasonings (paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, and salt) until well incorporated.
Once the seasonings are mixed in, turn off the heat.
Pour in the vinegar and stir until the sauce is smooth and well combined.
The sauce is now ready to serve!
