
Chicken and Bacon Pasta

This hearty dish combines crispy bacon, tender chicken breasts, and a creamy, herb-infused sauce made with Greek yogurt and Parmesan cheese. Ingredients:
- 5 pieces of Good Ranchers bacon, chopped
- 2 Good Ranchers chicken breasts
- Salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder (to taste)
- 1/2 onion, minced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon herbs and provenance seasoning
- Pasta of your choice
Instructions:
- Cook the chopped bacon in a pot until crispy. Remove the bacon from the pot and set it aside.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder. Cook them in the bacon fat until they are cooked through. Remove the chicken from the pot and let it rest.
- In the same pot, add the minced onion and garlic cloves. Cook until they are soft.
- Add the flour to the pot and mix it to make a roux.
- Stir in the milk, Greek yogurt, butter, Parmesan cheese, and herbs and provanace seasoning. Cook until the sauce thickens.
- Cook your pasta of choice according to the package instructions.
- Serve the pasta topped with the chopped bacon and sliced chicken.
